At Fraser’s Fruit, Veg & Deli, we use Stripe to process secure online payments.

Payment Methods

Payments can be made securely through Stripe using the payment methods available at checkout, including eligible credit and debit cards.

Secure Payment

All payments are processed through Stripe’s secure payment infrastructure. Fraser’s Fruit, Veg & Deli does not have access to or store your full card details.

Payment Confirmation

Your order will be processed once your payment has been successfully authorised. You will receive an order confirmation after your payment is completed.

Failed Payments

If your payment is declined, please check your payment details and try again or use another available payment method.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method through Stripe. The time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or card provider.
